The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated therewith.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility. In compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine AML regulations, jlplay may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jlplay may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
jlplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jlplay's sole discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your jlplay account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jlplay does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which jlplay accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jlplay will process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with Philippine AML regulations, jlplay reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the jlplay Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jlplay does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlplay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jlplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
jlplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) a request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (e) any other reason that jlplay deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination for cause, jlplay reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, any real-money balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jlplay support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be honoured subject to standard verification procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlplay's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlplay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
jlplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlplay will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
